Sexclub "La Bolleur"

Op de hoek van de Kruisstraat en de Kinsbergenstraat in Eindhoven staat het pand van voormalige sexclub La Bolleur.

Eigenlijk heb ik dit pand veel te laat bezocht, aangezien het tijdens mijn bezoek verre van de originele staat was.

Ongeveer 2,5 jaar geleden is het pand gekraakt, en op dat moment stond alles er nog zoals het jaren daarvoor was achtergelaten.

De allure van de jaren 80 was nu slechts nog in details aanwezig.

Club La Bolleur was jarenlang een luxe bordeel met oa. een 'Golden Delicious Room' , een 'Orgie-bed', en een meerpersoonsbad, ook wel genoemd de 'Philips vergaderzaal'.

Na het overlijden van de bordeelhouder is het pand nog een aantal malen als club veranderd van eigenaar, en is het uiteindelijk gekraakt om tot begin 2008 dienst te doen als culturele ruimte.

Een drietal multidisciplinaire vormgevers (La Bolleur) organiseerde oa. feesten, filmavonden, exposities en cabaret.

Mei 2008 wordt het pand gesloopt om plaats te maken voor appartementen en winkels.

At the corner of the Kruisstraat and the Kinsbergenstraat in Eindhoven you find the former sexclub La Bolleur.

Its a pity i visited this building too late, because the condition was far from orginal.

About 2,5 years ago the club was squatted, and at that time it was all in the state it was left behind.

The atmosphere of the 80's now only could be find in small details.

Cub La Bolleur was for many years a luxuriously brothel which rooms as 'The Golden Delicious Room', an 'orgie-bed,' and a  bath for more persons, also known as the 'Philips meeting-room'.

After the death of the owner the club changed a few times from owner, and in the end it was squatted until early 2008 to do service as a cultural building.

Three multidisciplinary designers (La Bolleur) organized parties, filmnights, expositions and stand-up comedian nights.

Mai 2008 the building will be demolished to make place for appartments and shops.
